Multi-adjustable balaclava / welding cap in VARMEX 2000. Covers head, neck as well as the top of chest and shoulders. Onesize. Easy to open so you decide for yourself ventilation in the hood. This welding cap is made of Varmex 2000 flame retardant quality, protects against heat and sparks during welding. Suitable for many different types of tasks such as: Electrode, MIG / MAG, TIG, plasma, spot and gas welding as well as cutting firing, grouting, soldering and thermal arc. The hood acts as an accessory for your welding helmet and protects your head and neck. The welding cap is very comfortable thanks to the high quality of the materials. This premium welding cap saves a lot of money as it lasts longer than other heat-resistant materials. The welding cap is made of the durable Varmex V54 which is of high quality, and is sewn with heat-resistant threads. The V54 fabric convinces you with its keel comfort, especially under the welding helmet. The hood can be adjusted thanks to the velcro closures and is therefore suitable for all sizes of head.

Disse egenskaber betyder at VARMEX® 2000 yder ideel beskyttelse til personer og er perfekt egnet til afdækning af maskiner og produkter.
VARMEX® 2000 anvendes bl.a. til svejsning. Handsker, jakker, hætter, ærmer, forklæder, gamacher m.v. produceres i forskellige størrelser og mål, tilpasset den enkeltes behov i givne arbejdssituationer.
Ved ekstra belastende arbejdssituationer kan stoffet quiltes sammen med VARMEX® V39-filt hvorved en endnu højere varmeisolering opnås.
