Speedglass med 3M er førende inden for unikke og innovative svejsesystemer og svejseshjelme. For mere end 35 år siden gik skaberne af Speedglas til skibsværfter i Sverige for at studere svejsens arbejdsprocedurer. Her opdagede de problemet i, at mange af arbejderne blev udsat for svejsningsstrålingsskader på øjnene, hver gang de nikkede hjelm ned. Beskrivelse:	Den nye 3M Speedglas™ 9100 MP Air svejseskærm og sikkerhedshjelm opfylder behovet for hovedbeskyttelse og åndedrætsværn til svejsere. Svejseskærmen er især velegnet i tunge industrier såsom minedrift, skibsbygning,og reparation , tunge konstruktioner, arbejde offshore (olie, gas og vindmølleparker), heavy-duty reparationssvejsning osv. Komfortabel, afbalanceret, intuitiv i brug samt nem justering og vedligehold, er blandt de fordele som den nye svejseskærm tilbyder. Når 9100 MP Air kombineres med et 3M Adflo™ turbodrevet åndedrætsværn, så er systemet godkendt i klasse TH3 EN 12941- den højeste klassificering indenfor denne type svejseudstyr. Med Adflo™ er systemets nominelle beskyttelsesfaktor (NBF) 500. Alternativt kan 9100 MP Air forbindes til et 3M Versaflo™ V-500E luftforsynet åndedrætsværn som leverer en NBF på 200 efter EN 14594(3B). Professionel svejseskærm med sikkerhedshjelm til friskluftforsyning. Beskyttelse mod UV- og IR stråler i alle niveuaer. Varmebestandig front. Kan monteres med ørekopper (ekstra udstyr). SideWindows, der øger udsynet til siderne (DIN 5). Møder kravene til beskyttelse imod højhastighedspartikler med middel energi i.h.t. EN 175 klasse B. Speedglas FlexView visir har et stort 17 x 10 cm klart og udskifteligt beskyttelsesglas, der er ideelt til inspektion, efterbearbejdning eller slibning under dårlige lysforhold. Luftslangen sidder fast på sikkerhedshjelmen i stedet for på skærmen, hvilket betyder at slangen ikke belaster skærmen. 3M Quick Release Swivel (QRS) kan betjenes med en hånd ved tilog frakobling af luftslangen.
