The sources of this exposure are the sun, computers, handheld devices, and LED light bulbs or LED overhead lighting. To prevent such risks, you can use safety glasses which absorb the majority of blue light without impacting the visible light range (color perception). Avatar Blue Light Blocker safety glasses offer 54% absorption of high energy blue light from 380nm – 450nm.
