VARMEX® textile and industry
We are committed to providing customers with the best protection for the hazards they face and testing our materials to verify that each product meets our performance standards.
Every day, employees around the world work safely in some of the world's most dangerous environments due to VARMEX® flame-resistant clothing.
Quality assurance
Our non-combustible fibers undergo systematic testing that ensures that only those that meet our compositional requirements are sorted out and used for the construction of our yarn.
Specialized
The yarn is then spun in a customized and highly specialized environment, then subjected to further testing to qualify and verify its quality before conversion.
Testing
Each batch of fabric is tested against a final set of criteria onsite to check coherence in construction and performance before shipment.
Fire
VARMEX® Flame-resistant clothing and fabric provide crucial time for individuals around fire and direct flame hazard and can mean the difference between life and death.
Molten metal
With the ability to cast most molten metals and not melt, ignite or burn, the VARMEX® fabric is the safer protective solution to suit the risk of molten metal.
Arc
VARMEX® non-combustible substances are used in arc protective clothing because it gives the wearer protection against the dangers of arc - even the effects of electric arc.
